    Nope! As a CWN member you get FREE access to Project Summer. Please don’t sign up separately.

  • What if I’ve never done a program like this before?

    Perfect as this is designed for beginners too. Everything is broken down step-by-step so you’ll always know what to do, and you’ll have us guiding you the whole way.

  • I’m really busy — will I have time?

    Yes! The program is built for busy women just like you ๐Ÿ’•. We have women from all walks of life making the plan suit their lifestyle and making it their OWN. The workouts are quick and effective (only 30–40 minutes if you choose to do them), and the meal plans are simple, fast, and family-friendly.

  • What if I don’t want to keep going after the 8 weeks?

    That’s totally okay. You’ll finish with amazing results, plus the knowledge and confidence to keep going on your own. You will just need to provide 2 weeks notice to cancel by emailing admin@coachingwithnadine.com

  • Will I have to cut out my favourite foods?

These are used to celebrate your journey and may be shared on our socials to inspire other women — always in a respectful and empowering way ๐Ÿ’•.

    If you’re not comfortable being shared publicly, we can hide your identity or if you don’t want to enter them at all you’re still welcome to complete the challenge, but you won’t be eligible for the prize.
