  • What does “2 weeks free” mean?

    When you join before January 1, you won’t be charged during the holiday period. This gives you time to settle in, explore the app and prepare without pressure. Billing begins after the free period.

  • When does The Re-Set Era start?

    The Re-Set Era officially begins on January 12.

    The pre-challenge reset week (masterclasses + workbooks) runs the week before.

  • Do I need to be fit or experienced to join?

    That’s totally okay. You’ll finish with amazing results, plus the knowledge and confidence to keep going on your own. You will just need to provide 2 weeks notice to cancel by emailing admin@coachingwithnadine.com

  • How many workouts do I need to do each week?

  • Is this a strict meal plan or diet?

  • Do I get 1:1 coaching or check-ins?

    You’ll have full access to directly message us anytime in the CWN app, plus community support from other women in the challenge. Our team will guide you every step of the way, with education and accountability to keep you on track.

  • What if I fall off or miss days?
